Bagan Thiripyitsaya Sanctuary Resort has a total of 76 guest rooms. Each one is decorated in Myanmar style, with an abundance of wood and local materials. All conceivable comforts are provided for guests’ ease and convenience, from personal safes, mini-bars, individual airconditioning controls, satellite television channels to kimonos and hair dryers.
All 8 suites open to the Irrawaddy River, each with a wide verandah from which to view dramatic sunsets. Comprising 60 square meters, a suite has a sitting room, a bedroom and a well-appointed bathroom including a terrazzo bathtub, allowing one to soak while enjoying peaceful river views. The suites are housed in villas located far away from the Reception to ensure privacy and quiet.
Deluxe River View Rooms boast of huge picture windows, which look out to the Irrawaddy River. Each has a private verandah where lounging chairs are placed for relaxation. Bathrooms are provided with bath tubs.
