Bagan Thiripyitsaya Sanctuary Resort has a total of 76 guest rooms, from superior rooms to lavish suites. Each one is decorated in Myanmar style, with an abundance of wood and local materials. All conceivable comforts are provided for guests’ ease and convenience, from personal safes, mini-bars, individual airconditioning controls, satellite television channels to kimonos and hair dryers.
All 8 suites open to the Irrawaddy River, each with a wide verandah from which to view dramatic sunsets. Comprising 60 square meters, a suite has a sitting room, a bedroom and a well-appointed bathroom including a terrazzo bathtub, allowing one to soak while enjoying peaceful river views. The suites are housed in villas located far away from the Reception to ensure privacy and quiet.
Deluxe River View Rooms boast of huge picture windows, which look out to the Irrawaddy River. Each has a private verandah where lounging chairs are placed for relaxation. Bathrooms are provided with bath tubs.
Deluxe Garden View Rooms look out to the landscaped gardens. Each has a spacious verandah and a bath tub installed in the bathroom.
Superior rooms are surrounded by greenery, and each has its own verandah. One always feels just a few steps away from nature. Bathrooms are provided with standing showers.

- A cancellation charge on the total value of the reservation for each room canceled will be levied for any notice of cancellation received.
- Within 15-21 days prior to arrival 50% of the total reservations value will be charged.
- Within 08-14 days prior to arrival 75% of the total reservations value will be charged.
- Less than 07 days prior to arrival and NO SHOW will be charged 100% of the total reservations value.
- These rates will be effective from the reservations received on 1 December 2011.
